The 21st International Conference on Thermoelectrics
An important event of the upcoming 21st International Conference on Thermoelectrics will be the Technical Exhibition. It constitutes an excellent opportunity for the developers and manufacturers of thermoelectric materials and devices to display their products, to interact with the international mix of R&D experts attending the conference, and also to distribute their brochures and other promotional materials.
For the ICT2002 exhibition, the organizers would also like to invite those companies involved in the setting-up and manufacturing of equipment for the measurement of electrical and thermal transport properties for temperatures ranging from 4K to 1500K. These measurements are a crucial part of the research on thermoelectric materials and the Exhibition will provide an excellent set to demonstrate the companys expertise.
The Exhibition will be held concurrently with the conference technical sessions in a room located next to the session rooms. Coffee and other refreshments will be served twice a day in the exhibit area to encourage the attendees to visit the displays.
We are offering three different types of exhibit space to be used for the four conference days (August 26, 27, 28 and 29th):
1. A large booth space of approximately 2.4x3.0 m2 (8x10 sq. ft.), which will cost US$500.
2. A small booth space of approximately 1.8x1.8 m2 (6x6 sq. ft.), at the cost of $350
3. A table space of 1.8x0.75 m2 (6x21/2 sq. ft.), at the cost of $200
If your company is interested in using a booth or a table space, please fill out the enclosed exhibit registration form and mail it to me so that we can reserve one or several spaces. An advance payment of 50% of the rental charge is requested upon making your reservation with the remaining balance due on August 26, 2002. Because of the limited size of the exhibit area, up to 12x23 m2 (40x75 sq. ft.), the spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage you to take advantage of this unique opportunity and to send your reservation form as early as possible, and in any case no later than July 12, 2002. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.
